All our Real Estate Listings on Trades N Sales are fee based.  This applies to all real estate sales and rentals.  Your real estate listing will run for 30 days in the appropriate category (For Sale or For Rent).

$10 Service Listings

All our Service Listings on Trades N Sales are also fee based.  This applies to all types of services.  Your service listing will run for 30 days in the "Service" category under the main "Jobs" category.

Payment

We accept payment through the free PayPal service or by Credit/Debit card over the phone.  Purchasing a real estate or service listing is as easy as going to the Add Item page and creating a new listing.  You will then be asked to enter your credit card at the bottom of the secured page to pay for your listing.
